INT Soft Boards every board is hand-made by a small crew at their Oceanside factory, from design to delivery, using 100% recyclable foam blanks and materials sourced within the US.
As surfers, what goes into their boards is as important as how they perform. Quality is central to this, so they use the best materials and attention to detail in their hand-shaped construction. They build each surfboard using IFoam core, a proprietary closed-cell foam that is lightweight, waterproof, highly durable, and 100% recyclable. These cores, molded in the US by Marko Foam, ensure superior performance in the water.
The decks and hand-shaped rails are made of soft but firm polyethylene foam. The bottom of each board in their Slick Bottom Collection is built with padded, high-density polyethylene skin. Hybrid-bottomed boards are constructed like traditional surfboards using fiberglass and epoxy resin layers.
Combining high-grade materials and emphasis on quality throughout the manufacturing process ensures that the board they sell will endure the most challenging conditions without sacrificing great performance for years.
